Terms of Service

Ravon is a subscription marketing platform for licensed real estate agents in the United Arab Emirates, operated by Alisher Yakubov For Marketing and PR under Dubai trade licence 1647726 (activities include Marketing Management, Public Relations Management and Design Services).

It lets you publish property listings and market updates, and send them to your clients as branded pages carrying your photo, agency and broker registration number. It also provides a daily editorial brief on the Dubai property market as ready-made content for you to send.

Ravon is a publishing and communication tool. It is not a brokerage, it does not provide financial, legal or investment advice, and it takes no part in any transaction between you and your clients.

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your password secure. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access.

Any broker registration number, licence number or agency you display must genuinely be yours. Misrepresenting your credentials to clients is grounds for immediate termination.

You keep ownership of everything you write and upload. You grant Alisher Yakubov For Marketing and PR the licence needed to host, process and display that content for the purpose of running the service — including resizing your images and serving your pages to people you send links to.

You are solely responsible for your content being accurate, lawful and yours to publish. You must not upload anything you have no right to, anything misleading about a property, price or availability, or anything unlawful under UAE law. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach this.

Ravon has a free tier and paid subscriptions. Current plans and prices are on the plans page. Paid plans are AED 19 and AED 29 per month, or AED 205 and AED 313 per year.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Prices are in AED. Where UAE VAT applies it will be shown at checkout.

We may change prices. If a change affects your plan we will tell you before it takes effect, and you may cancel rather than accept it.

Each plan includes a number of branded shares per calendar month, reset on the first of each month. Unused shares do not carry over. Attempting to work around these limits, or reselling access to your account, may result in suspension.

You may cancel at any time from your billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then reverts to the free tier. See our refund and cancellation policy.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or where payment fails and is not resolved.

We work to keep Ravon running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and the brief is provided for information only — it is not a substitute for your own verification of market data before advising a client.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost business, lost commissions or indirect losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
