Short version: cancel whenever you like, from inside the app, in two clicks.
Go to Your card → Billing → Manage or cancel. That opens Stripe's billing portal, where you can cancel immediately.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the account moves to the free tier. Nothing is deleted — your posts, images and branded links keep working.
Within 14 days of your first payment, if Ravon is not what you expected, write to us and we will refund that payment in full. No explanation needed.
Renewals. If an annual or monthly renewal caught you by surprise and you have not used the service since it renewed, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.
If we break something. If a fault on our side stopped you using a paid feature for a meaningful stretch, tell us and we will refund or credit that period.
Beyond those cases we do not refund part-used periods, since you keep access for the whole period you paid for.
Refunds go back to the card that was charged, through Stripe. Your bank usually shows it within 5–10 working days. Refunds are made in AED; if your card is in another currency, your bank's exchange rate on the day may mean the amount differs slightly.
If a renewal fails, Stripe retries over several days and we email you. If it still fails, the account drops to the free tier rather than being closed. You can resubscribe at any time.
Email webravon@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the charge. We answer within two working days.
