How Alisher Yakubov For Marketing and PR handles personal data in Ravon, under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
Your account. Email address and password (stored only as a cryptographic hash — we cannot read it).
Your professional card. Name, agency, broker registration number, WhatsApp number, photo and headline. You give us these so they can be shown to your clients — that is the point of the product.
What you publish. The posts and images you create.
Usage. Which stories you read, which links you share, and how many times a link you sent was opened. Counts only — we do not identify the client who opened it, and we do not collect their name, number or location.
Payments. If you subscribe, Stripe collects your card details directly. We never receive or store them. We keep only your Stripe customer reference, plan and renewal date.
To run your account, show your branding on the pages you share, apply your plan's limits, take payment, report your own analytics back to you, and contact you about the service. We rely on performing our contract with you, and our legitimate interest in keeping the service working and secure.
A branded share page is public: anyone with the link sees your name, agency, broker registration number, photo, headline and WhatsApp number, together with the post. That is what you are choosing to send. Unpublished drafts are private to you, and no other agent can see your posts.

These providers process data on our instructions and may store it outside the UAE. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
For as long as your account is open. If you delete your account we remove your profile, posts and images. Records we must keep for tax and accounting — invoices and payment records — are retained for the period UAE law requires.
You may access, correct, or delete your data, object to how we use it, ask for a copy in a portable form, or withdraw consent. Most of this you can do yourself from your profile. For anything else, write to us and we will respond within 30 days.
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Database access is governed by row-level security so one agent cannot read another's data. Passwords are hashed. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.
Ravon is for licensed professionals and is not for anyone under 18.
